What inspired you to work in education recruitment?
What inspired me to work in education recruitment was the fast-paced nature of the industry and the opportunity to make a real difference. Every day is different, whether it’s matching candidates to schools at short notice, building relationships, or helping schools find the right talent to support students. I enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same, and I thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?
My favourite part about working with schools is building strong relationships and being able to support both candidates and schools in finding the right fit. I enjoy speaking with different people every day, understanding what schools need, and helping schools thrive through providing children with experienced teachers on a short term and long-term basis. I also enjoy the fast-paced environment and the variety that comes with working in education recruitment, as every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?
Ensure you are passionate about education, and it really is an industry you want to get into as the industry relies on your patience, dedication, and commitment to children’s education.
