​What inspired you to work in education recruitment?

Working in education recruitment is incredibly meaningful to me because, as a parent to an 8-year-old son, I see firsthand the difference that great educators can make in a child’s life and the lasting impact they can have on their future. That personal experience has given me a real appreciation for the importance of placing the right people in schools. I take pride in being the key link between schools and amazing educators, helping to create positive learning environments where pupils can thrive

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

My favourite part about working with educators and schools is building strong relationships and gaining a real understanding of the individual needs of each school, their pupils, and their educational environment. I enjoy being able to match schools with passionate, high-quality educators who genuinely care about making a positive difference in students’ lives. Seeing the impact that the right educator can have on a school community is incredibly rewarding and is what motivates me in my role

If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?

If I could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, it would be to fully embrace the experience and get stuck in from day one. Working in education is truly remarkable, and there is something incredibly rewarding about going home knowing you have made a positive impact on a pupil’s day. The role comes with challenges, but the opportunity to support, inspire, and make a difference in young people’s lives makes it a very special and fulfilling career.

I have worked in education recruitment since 2023, specialising in the primary sector. I am passionate about supporting schools in finding exceptional educators who can make a real difference in pupils’ lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son, Arthur, as well as playing sports and going to the gym. I love staying active and bringing that same energy and enthusiasm into both my personal and professional life.
