Link3 Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors / Unqualified Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Nottingham and the surrounding areas. We offer flexible supply work including day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and long-term roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and supervise pre-planned lessons (KS3 & KS4)
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support student engagement and learning outcomes
• Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures
• Assist with marking and lesson support in long-term roles

Key Skills & Experience (Keywords):

• Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher / Supply Teacher experience
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum (KS3, KS4, GCSE)
• Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work)
• Confident, adaptable, and reliable
• Passion for education and student development

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) – on the Update Service or willing to apply
• Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
• No formal teaching qualification required
