Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible and rewarding work in local secondary schools?

Link3 Recruitment are seeking reliable, confident Cover Supervisors to work across Secondary Schools in Uppingham (LE16) and surrounding areas on a day-to-day, short-term and/or long-term basis.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Support pupils to stay on task and engaged in their learning
• Adapt confidently to different schools, subjects, and year groups

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working within secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Either a subject specialism or confidence to cover a range of subject
• A professional, flexible, and proactive approach
• Passion for supporting young people and education
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) — on the Update Service or willing to apply
• Minimum GCSE qualifications for roles below Cover Supervisor level
