Are you an experienced Early Years practitioner with a passion for giving children the very best start in life? We’re looking for dedicated EYFS Teachers to work flexibly across Coventry and Warwickshire, supporting a variety of schools who value high‑quality early years provision.

About the Role

You’ll be working across multiple settings, delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, thrive in new environments, and want the freedom of flexible working while still making a meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • UK teaching experience within Early Years

  • Strong background working specifically in EYFS

  • Fully trained and confident in delivering the Early Years curriculum

  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of early childhood development, including phonics

  • Adaptable, reliable, and able to quickly build rapport with children and staff

  • A driving licence is advisable to support travel between schools across Coventry & Warwickshire

  • A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for early years education
