Level 2 Learning Support Assistant / Preschool Assistant - LE19
27.5 Hours per Week / Monday–Thursday: 12:00pm–5:45pm | Friday: 12:00pm–4:30pm

Link3 Recruitment are seeking a Level 2 qualified Learning Support Assistant / Preschool Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team within a mainstream primary school in LE19.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining support for pupils within the main school as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant alongside working within our Preschool, helping to provide high-quality early years education and care.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential).
- Have experience of working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Be confident supporting individual pupils with their learning and development.
- Be nurturing, patient, and adaptable to meet the needs of different children.
- Work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting work.
