27.5 Hours per Week / Monday–Thursday: 12:00pm–5:45pm | Friday: 12:00pm–4:30pm

Link3 Recruitment are seeking a Level 2 qualified Learning Support Assistant / Preschool Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team within a mainstream primary school in LE19.

This is a varied and rewarding role, combining support for pupils within the main school as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant alongside working within our Preschool, helping to provide high-quality early years education and care.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential).
• Have experience of working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Be confident supporting individual pupils with their learning and development.
• Be nurturing, patient, and adaptable to meet the needs of different children.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
