Link3 Recruitment is expanding its Primary division and is seeking passionate Primary Teachers, EYFS staff, Teaching Assistants and HLTAs to work across a supportive network of local primary schools in Rugby, Coventry and Warwickshire.

We welcome applications from QTS teachers, ECTs, EYFS practitioners, TAs, HLTAs, SEN specialists, learning support staff and graduates looking to gain classroom experience ahead of teacher training.

Roles Available

  • EYFS: Nursery & Reception Teachers, EYFS Practitioners, Early Years TAs
  • KS1: Year 1 & 2 Teachers, TAs, Phonics & Intervention Support
  • KS2: Year 3–6 Teachers, TAs, HLTAs
  • Additional: SEN Teachers & TAs, Behaviour & Learning Mentors, Pastoral Support, Intervention Tutors

Locations

Opportunities across Rugby and surrounding areas, Coventry, and Warwickshire, typically within a 30-minute travel radius.
