Link3 Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school in Mansfield.

This is a flexible opportunity, with day-to-day, long-term, part-time, or full-time options available, depending on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a primary school or similar setting
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential

• DBS: Applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting (cost covered by the applicant)
