Qualified Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants – Rugby (CV21 & CV22)

We are currently seeking experienced Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in the Rugby area, specifically within CV21 and CV22.

What We’re Looking For

• UK-based classroom experience is essential

• Strong hands-on experience supporting pupils in a primary setting

• Ability to use your own initiative and work proactively

• Understanding of the needs of pupils across the primary age range

• Confident in reading, writing, and communicating in English

• Good working knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to adjust to different school environments

• Committed to supporting the development and progress of pupils across all year groups
