Unqualified Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools (Northampton)

Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking Unqualified Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Northampton, covering all subjects and year groups (KS3–KS4).

This role is ideal for confident and reliable individuals who are looking for flexible teaching opportunities, whether on a full-time, part-time, or day-to-day basis. It is a great way for you to return into teaching, gain experience, get a taste of teaching before applying to PGCE, and a great dimension to your CV. 

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Provide classroom cover for KS3 and KS4 pupils
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Follow school policies and ensure safeguarding procedures are upheld

Requirements

• Previous experience working within secondary schools (essential)
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage pupils confidently
• Adaptable, professional, and reliable approach to work
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Right to work in the UK
