Job Description

Link3 are recruiting for a motivated individual who have an interest or passion for Education/Administration and want to work within an Educational setting; we are looking for a candidate to work full time at a school in Nottingham,

The school will require the following admin/ receptionist duties to be undertaken:

Answering phones

Taking messages

Dealing with queries

Calling/ engaging with parents

Photocopying/ money taking/ admin duties

We require a well-qualified and enthusiastic candidate that has a strong work ethic and who will raise standards at whichever school they are placed. 

A good sense of humour, the ability to relate and communicate well with young people are essential.

As a minimum, all applicants must have; relevant experience within Administration, and have a positive and open approach to working on their own or as part of a team. Applicants will be subject pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS check registered to the update service (Link3 are able to help you with this if you don't currently have one).
