​What inspired you to work in education recruitment?

I wasn’t. I wanted to work in a Team that provided training and support, which was offered to me at Link3 Recruitment.

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

Being able to actually help and make a change to people’s lives, whether that is for the students or employees.

If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?

If you’re looking to Teach, study for a QTS, not a Master’s in Education!

Biography

I believe I am a versatile professional with my diverse work history, having gained hands-on experience in multiple industries. Starting work life as a kid doing a paper-round, moving into roofing, Zoo-Keeping, then Kitchen Porter trained Chef, call centre moved to retail. Now at Link3 Recruitment.

Wanting to make an impact on the lives of those looking to further their own, I am happy to answer questions, support and mentor those around me. Any questions I can help with, let me know!

My own time is spent catching up with the infinite number of movies being released, watching Liverpool FC (and the rest of the prem) over the weekend, and playing competitive games on PC.
