Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant nursery group branch in Luton, Bedfordshire (LU2). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Lead, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of early years professionals
• Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
• Foster strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
• Oversee curriculum planning in line with EYFS and drive continuous improvement
• Manage staffing, budgets, and operational planning effectively

Requirements:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
• Previous experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding procedures
• Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for nurturing young children and leading successful teams
