What inspired you to work in education recruitment?

My inspiration for working in education recruitment stems from my passion for helping others. Whilst working with children isn't my dream, it's always good to know you are helping others achieve their dreams of helping construct a child's future.

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

I love the fact that every day brings a new challenge, and we get the chance to match talented educators with schools where they can truly make a difference to a child's education.

If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?

Be patient with the process and understand that the impact you make might not always be immediate or obvious.
