What inspired you to work in education recruitment?

My stepson, he is Autistic and ADHD  I have seen his struggles in school and thought if I can place excellent candidates that make a difference to children like him then that makes me happy.

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

Knowing the person I have placed in a school is making a difference, I always love to have a catch up with candidates and hear about their day.

If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?

Go for it, its so rewarding. Children listen a lot more than we think, they soak up everything we say. Even if you can make a child smile every day or learn a random fact that they go home and tell their parents about, you have made that difference. Think what you could do when you are teaching them.
