What inspired you to work in education recruitment?

From my days in secondary school, my PE teacher inspired me to pursue a career in education. This motivation led me to work as a cover supervisor in a secondary school, where I gained invaluable experience that helped me successfully apply for a PGCE course and become a PE teacher. Although I eventually transitioned into recruitment, I've always known that education was my true calling, and it's the field where I feel most fulfilled.

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

Working in the education sector is undoubtedly fast-paced, and I thrive in this dynamic environment. I particularly enjoy connecting with professionals in the industry, building strong relationships with schools, and matching candidates with the right opportunities. The most rewarding part of my role is hearing from a candidate who’s had an amazing day or receiving feedback from a school praising the candidate’s performance. Those moments truly make my job fulfilling.
