​What inspired you to work in education recruitment?
I was inspired to work in education recruitment because, growing up, education was always glorified in my household. My family instilled in me the belief that education is the passport to the future, and we were consistently rewarded for excellence in our academic pursuits. This strong foundation made me appreciate the pivotal role education plays in shaping lives and opening doors to opportunities. I wanted to contribute to this by ensuring that schools and educational institutions are staffed with passionate and talented individuals who can inspire and guide the next generation, just as I was inspired growing up.

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

There’s something incredibly inspiring about working alongside people who are committed to shaping the minds and futures of students. I love being part of a process that connects these passionate individuals with schools where they can truly make a difference. It's rewarding to play a part in helping educators find the right fit, where their talents and dedication can shine and positively impact the lives of young people.

If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?

This piece of advice is for anybody in any sector that strives to be successful their chosen field…. “Find the EX-Factor”, be EXceptional, eradicate EXcuses and consistently EXecute!
