What inspired you to work in education recruitment?

I’ve always been that classic, nerdy kid who loved learning, respected my teachers, and somehow never got a detention. Now, I’m passionate about finding the right staff to help students experience school as positively as I did. I know not every student has a great experience, some face challenges that make school feel negative or discouraging. That’s why I’m committed to making a difference wherever I can, helping create environments where all students can thrive.

What’s your favourite part about working with educators and schools?

Seeing the direct impact that great educators have on students’ lives and knowing I play a part in supporting that. I've always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives, and education recruitment gives me a meaningful way to do just that.

If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering a career in education, what would it be?

Make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons, education isn’t just a job, it is a commitment to shaping the lives of future generations.
