This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs and a deep understanding of further education qualifications.Key responsibilities include:
Delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group tutorial sessions
Creating individualised learning plans to support student progress
Supporting students with study skills and academic writing
Guiding coursework and assessment preparation
Monitoring and recording student progress and achievement
