  • Supporting the Nursery Manager in strategic planning and policy implementation

  • Supervising and mentoring room leaders and staff teams

  • Managing staff rotas, ratios and daily operational requirements

  • Ensuring consistent EYFS delivery and maintaining quality standards across all rooms

  • Handling parent communications and building strong community relationships

  • Maintaining comprehensive compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding procedures
