INSPIRING CHILDREN

What’s involved in EYFS?

A career in EYFS education is rich and rewarding, and you’ll play a vital role in shaping the lives of the children you work with. One of the biggest rewards is knowing you’re developing and teaching children the skills that will help them progress for the rest of their lives. While no two days are the same, some of the duties you can expect include:

  • Reading stories and helping children learn number skills

  • Helping children to learn number skills (eg using counting games)

  • Observe children’s progress and keep records to share with parents

  • Working to Early Years Foundation Stage standards on child learning

  • Making sure children are safe and reporting any concerns

  • Feeding and changing babies, and supervising meals of older children

Shape young minds using your expertise in early years education. Lead engaging activities and inspire learning while advancing your teaching career.
