Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £110 - £135.50 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply
Start Date: September 2025 or sooner

Link3 Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors with a passion and experience for Music, looking to work within Northamptonshire's Secondary schools – inspiring students and ensuring high-quality learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor with a background in music, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons to secondary school pupils in the absence of the class teacher
- Maintain a focused and engaging classroom environment
- Use your music experience to bring creative energy to the classroom, even outside of music lessons
- Support behaviour management and ensure school policies are followed
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in music (e.g. teaching, tutoring, performing, leading workshops)
- Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills
- A desire to work with young people and make a positive impact
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential – full training provided
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different school environments
