What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
  • A good understanding of SEN, with the ability to support pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Adaptable, proactive, and caring individuals who contribute positively to the classroom
  • Professionals who thrive in inclusive settings and uphold values of respect, diversity, and child-centred practice
