Link3's New Free Training Platform for Education Professionals
At Link3 Recruitment, we have always believed that quality staffing and quality training go hand in hand. The people we place in schools across the Midlands are working with children every day, and that means the training behind them needs to be genuinely excellent.
That is why we are excited to announce that from this Monday, 24 March 2026, we are rolling out Academize as our new online training platform for all Link3 candidates and staff.
What Is Academize?
Academize is the most trusted CPD platform built specifically for the education agency sector. Unlike generic e-learning tools, it has been designed from the ground up for schools, education recruiters, and the professionals who work within them.
Every course on the platform is created by experienced education professionals who understand the day-to-day realities of working in and recruiting for schools. The content is fully CPD accredited, aligned with KCSiE and statutory DfE guidelines, and available entirely online so that candidates can complete training at their own pace, around their own schedule.
Whether you are a supply teacher fitting in a module between assignments, a teaching assistant working towards a new specialism, or a support worker building your compliance credentials, Academize puts professional development in your hands without the friction of fixed course dates or expensive in-person sessions.
Why We Made the Switch
We have been rigorous about finding a platform that does more than tick boxes. What stood out about Academize is how purposefully it has been built for agencies and education professionals specifically, not adapted from a corporate training tool and rebranded.
A few things convinced us this was the right move for Link3 and for our candidates.
The breadth of courses is exceptional. From core safeguarding and child protection through to SEND, behaviour management, mental health, cover supervision, Early Years, and exam invigilation, the library covers the full range of roles our candidates take on. Staff at every level can find training directly relevant to their work, whether stepping into a school for the first time or developing towards a leadership role.
Compliance is built in rather than bolted on. Courses are aligned with KCSiE and DfE statutory requirements, so candidates can demonstrate up-to-date knowledge in the areas schools care about most. For the schools we work with, that is real reassurance.
Courses are self-paced, fully online, and come with a downloadable CPD certificate on completion. No fixed cohorts, no waiting lists, no complicated portals. For busy education professionals, that simplicity matters.
And it is trusted across the sector. Academize is already used by thousands of education professionals and agencies across the UK and we are proud to be joining that community.
What This Means for Link3 Candidates
From Monday, 16 March, all active Link3 candidates will begin transitioning onto Academize. Your consultant will be in touch with everything you need to get started, including your login details and a guide to the courses most relevant to your role.
As a Link3 candidate, you will have free access to the platform, meaning free CPD, free compliance training, and free certificates you can add to your professional profile. No catch, no cost.
We know that the best candidates are the ones who keep developing, and we want to make that as easy as possible. Academize gives us the tools to do that properly.
What This Means for the Schools We Work With
For the schools and settings we partner with across the East Midlands, this change means even greater confidence in the candidates we supply. Every Link3 candidate will have straightforward access to up-to-date safeguarding training, KCSiE-aligned compliance modules, and specialist upskilling that makes them more effective in the classroom.
It also supports faster, smoother onboarding. Academize gets candidates compliant and ready to work quickly, meaning less delay between registration and placement.
We are genuinely excited about this. If you have any questions about the new platform, your courses, or your access, get in touch with your consultant directly or reach out to the team.
