Pay Rate: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Your Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality early years education for children aged 0–5.

• Plan and implement exciting activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

• Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.

• Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Teaching and Learning.

• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare environment (or currently studying towards a relevant qualification).

• A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development principles.

• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning journeys.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care, behaviour management, and safeguarding.

All applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce).
