KS1 Teacher – Rugby

• Proven KS1 teaching experience, with a strong understanding of early years learning needs.
• Phonics expertise, supporting pupils in developing essential reading and spelling skills.
• Literacy and creative writing focus, encouraging imagination while building solid foundations in English.
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English, ensuring pupils make excellent progress in core areas.
• Intervention experience, working with small groups or individuals to close learning gaps.
• Flexibility – open to day-to-day supply work as well as short-term contracts.
