Job Title: Primary Teacher (QTS) – Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Location: Coventry & Warwickshire
Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply & Long-Term Placements
Salary: Competitive rates – paid weekly

About the Role

As a Primary Intervention Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver targeted intervention sessions to pupils who require additional support

  • Identify learning gaps and tailor teaching to meet individual needs

  • Use a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Monitor progress and adjust approaches to ensure positive outcomes

  • Work collaboratively with school teams to provide consistent, high-quality support
