Supply Teachers Needed – Rugby & Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking flexible, strong, dedicated and supportive fully qualified teachers to work across primary schools in Rugby and the surrounding areas on an ad hoc supply basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, thrive in new environments, and can step confidently into the classroom to support schools when they need it most.

The Role
As a supply teacher, you will work across a number of local primary schools providing essential cover when required. Assignments may include:

• Day-to-day sickness cover

• Cover for teachers attending CPD or training

• Short-term sickness cover

• Longer-term classroom support

You must be comfortable adapting quickly, delivering engaging lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Recent UK Primary school teaching experience

• Ability to work flexibly and at short notice

• Must be fully available during school hours

• Strong classroom management skills

• A professional, reliable and proactive approach

• Willingness to work across multiple schools
