Ad Hoc Supply Teacher (Primary) – Coventry & Warwickshire

Are you a qualified teacher with UK classroom experience looking for flexible work across the primary age range? We are seeking a confident and adaptable Supply Teacher to provide ad hoc cover across schools in Coventry and Warwickshire.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety, can quickly build rapport with pupils, and is comfortable stepping into different year groups as needed.

The Role

• Provide high-quality classroom cover across the entire Primary phase (EYFS–Year 6)

• Deliver lessons and maintain continuity of learning during teacher absence

• Cover PPA time, Performance Management time, and other planned or unplanned staff absences

• Work flexibly on an ad hoc / supply basis across multiple schools

• Travel to schools across Coventry and Warwickshire

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

• Proven UK teaching experience within Primary education

• Ability to teach across multiple year groups with confidence

• Strong classroom management and adaptability

• Flexible approach and willingness to travel within the Coventry & Warwickshire area

• Professional, reliable, and able to quickly integrate into new school environments
