KS1 Teacher – Year 1

The Role:

• Full class teaching responsibilities within a Year 1 classroom

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have recent UK classroom experience

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum

• Have experience delivering high-quality phonics teaching

• Be kind, caring, and committed to supporting every child

• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to inspire young learners

• Be flexible, proactive, and a strong team player

• Hold a full UK driving licence (desirable due to rural location)
