Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Year 5 Primary Teacher to join our vibrant community Primary School located near Leamington Spa, starting May 2026. About the Role:
- Full responsibility for a Year 5 class
- Deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement
- Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and experienced colleagues
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has previous experience teaching or working within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about inclusive education and meeting the needs of all learners
- Is reflective, adaptable, and committed to professional development
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
