• Creating and delivering personalised learning plans that address individual needs

• Collaborating with other education, health and social care professionals

• Adapting curriculum content and teaching methods for diverse learning styles

• Supporting students’ social, emotional and academic development

• Building strong partnerships with families to ensure consistent support

• Maintaining detailed progress records and completing assessment documentation
