Our dedicated team work hard to understand the individual needs of both our candidates and clients in order to match the perfect job with the ideal candidate. In the short space of time that Link3 Recruitment has been servicing the recruitment industry; we have been able to leave a positive footprint on the education sector and we are extremely proud of the work we’ve done thus far, in servicing over 150 schools, 12 MATs and securing employment for over 600 candidates.
Link3 Recruitment is an award-winning recruitment agency, operating within the education sector, serving schools across the East Midlands. Currently, we are working in alliance with nurseries, academies, primary schools, secondary schools, multi-academy trusts and all other educational institutes. With over 15 years’ combined experience in education and recruitment, Link3 has developed a true passion for teaching, learning and training. Upskilling our candidates, to purposefully placing them and seeing these individuals thrive and progress is how we define our successes and rewards.
We are recognised through our strategic approach to recruitment, by implementing our robust 3 stage recruitment process: Attraction, Selection & Retention.
